All registered patients ages 6 months and up, as well as parents, family members, or household contacts of our patients are eligible to receive the annual flu vaccine from Castle Pines Pediatrics. If you would like to receive the flu vaccine at your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please indicate that in your email to the address above. If you need to schedule a flu shot only please email us at flu@castlepinespediatrics.com. For anyone in need of a flu vaccine please make sure to include the following information:
- Recipient’s Name
- Recipient’s Date of Birth
- Best Contact Phone Number
- Photo (front and back) of medical insurance card (if they are not already a registered patient with insurance card on file).
